Information used for your booking

We ask for the details needed to arrange and manage an appointment: your name, phone number, selected services, preferred date and time, and any notes you choose to share.

Booking information is used to confirm the appointment, plan the selected service, contact you about changes, and support check-in and billing at the salon or spa.

WhatsApp and marketing are separate choices

Transactional WhatsApp messages—such as a booking confirmation, reminder, change or invoice—are separate from promotional marketing.

When you opt in, authorised staff can prepare a WhatsApp message and choose to send it manually. Opening a message draft is not a delivery confirmation.

Marketing consent must be an optional, unticked choice. Declining marketing must not prevent a booking. If you later withdraw marketing consent, necessary messages about an active booking may still be sent.

Care notes stay need-to-know

Sensitivities, allergies and service preferences should only be visible to the professional delivering the service and front-desk staff when needed to arrange or safely support the appointment.

Care notes must not be used for marketing, public reviews or general staff browsing. Please share only information relevant to the service.

Where booking information is stored

A confirmed online appointment is saved in Macau’s shared booking database. Staff must sign in, and access is limited by their assigned branch and role.

Your browser also keeps recent booking references and a private management token so you can reopen “My booking” on the same device. Clearing browser data can remove that shortcut; it does not cancel or delete an appointment already saved in the shared system.

How long information is kept

The production retention and deletion schedule requires owner approval. No retention duration has been assumed on this website.

The approved schedule should keep each type of information only as long as it is genuinely needed for service, customer requests, accounting or applicable obligations, then securely delete or anonymise it.

Your choices

You can ask to access or correct the information held about you, request deletion where available, or withdraw promotional consent.
